Who is it for?: Short, immediate conversations: front desks, phone calls with customers or patients, quick questions.
How do I request it?: Choose Live call now, select the languages, add your card and connect. Interpreter availability is not guaranteed at every moment.
What does it cost?: Price on request
What do I need to provide?: A phone or a device with a microphone and a reliable connection. Have the other person nearby and a quiet place to talk.
When is it confirmed?: When an interpreter joins the call. Billing starts only when you are connected to the interpreter.
Which terms apply?: Cancellation: Ending the call before an interpreter joins costs nothing.

Payments: Online card payments are processed by Square. NLS Connect never sees or stores your full card number; receipts show only the card brand and last four digits. A payment does not by itself confirm an interpreter.
