- Short, immediate conversations: front desks, phone calls with customers or patients, quick questions.

- Choose Live call now, select the languages, add your card and connect. Interpreter availability is not guaranteed at every moment.

- A phone or a device with a microphone and a reliable connection. Have the other person nearby and a quiet place to talk.

- When an interpreter joins the call. Billing starts only when you are connected to the interpreter.

- Payments: Online card payments are processed by Square. NLS Connect never sees or stores your full card number; receipts show only the card brand and last four digits. A payment does not by itself confirm an interpreter.
